Windhoek to Etosha National Park

You will be picked up in the morning and depart to the northern part of Namibia about 500km. Along the way, the guide will stop at Okahandja Craft center so that the guest can get a chance to take pictures of the art crafts and shop if they so wish. Continue with the safari until the second stop which will be in Otjiwarongo, where guests can grab lunch at the shopping center before proceeding to Etosha National Park. Upon arrival, you will be taken on an afternoon game drive by the tour guide until late in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the camp.


Etosha National Park

You will take an early breakfast and then head out on a full day game drive. At around midday, clients will have lunch inside the park before continuing with the game drive until late in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

The Etosha National Park is Namibia’s premiere game viewing destination well known for its wildlife such as lions, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, elephants, antelope species: oryx, kudu, eland, wildebeest, impala and many more animals. A good number of birds species have also been recorded in Etosha National park. There are several springs and waterholes that provide excellent game viewing and fantastic photographic opportunities.


Etosha to Swakopmund

In the morning you will depart to Swakopmund from Etosha to the coastal side of Namibia. It’s about 3 hours’ drive to Swakopmund. Upon arrival, you will settle down for a delicious lunch and afterwards go to the activity center for quad biking and sand boarding which will last for about 2 hours. You will have dinner at the preferred restaurant before retiring for the night.

Swakopmund to Sossusvlei

You will depart in the morning from Swakopmund to the Sossusvlei area. You will pass by Walvisbay where you will visit the pink lagoon to see flamingoes. Afterwards, you will settle down for lunch before continuing with the journey to Sossusvlei. After arrival, you will check-in before going on a sundowner drive to Elim dune. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.


You will wake up early in the morning to get ready and drive to Dune 45 where you will have breakfast as you enjoy the show of colors over the dunes at sunrise. After the sunrise you will continue with the Sossuvlei excursion which includes Deadvlei, Hiddenvlei and Big daddy. The tour guide will have regular stops to let you take pictures and have some exposure to the dunes. You will be back at around midday where you will have some leisure time for yourself at the pool as you wait for lunch. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Sesriem Area to Windhoek

After breakfast you will pack up and depart back to the capital city of Namibia, Windhoek. Lunch will be served along the way. This marks the end of this fascinating African trip to Namibia with Kikwetu Cultural Adventures.
